In the early 2010s, during the peak of the online marketing boom—Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, SEO, website design, you name it—people began spending so much time in front of their screens that the internet quickly became the best way to acquire more customers. Countless marketing agencies were born every week.
Tens of thousands of beginner marketers sold their services to every local business they could find, despite having little to no experience. The unregulated marketing industry became a quick way to make a buck before disappearing. Unfortunately, many businesses were burned by this incompetence, and trust in marketing as a whole slowly eroded.
After years of working in the industry, our founders clearly saw the reality: how ineffectively many agencies around them operated. Trying to take on new clients at all costs, without considering whether they could even help them. A lack of expertise. No transparency. Poor communication and procedures. And making every decision based on a ‘gut feeling’ instead of data.
For someone who simply wanted to do a proverbial “good job,” this was unacceptable. Eventually, enough was enough. It was time to start a different kind of company—one that would become a beacon of world-class expertise, a results-driven approach, and unparalleled customer service.

Violet Neuron was launched locally in the great city of New York. Over the years, we began working with clients from across the entire country. This, along with the impact of the COVID lockdowns and the online nature of our services, accelerated our transition from the physical workplace to a partially remote operational framework. We found that this hybrid model works exceptionally well—a significant part of our team no longer wastes time on commutes, and we have access to the best talent nationwide.

We've been with Violet Neuron agency for over 6 months now and my plumbing business has never been busier. They built us a real sharp-looking website, handled all the local SEO stuff (which I didn't know much about) and started running Google Ads for us. Just last month alone, they got us over 90 calls and form submissions. We ended up closing around 60% of them, a lot of solid jobs, like water heater installs and even some commercial gigs. Got a lot of premium emergency calls, maintenance contracts, you name it. Big shoutout to Max (he's their Chief of growth) who personally reached out to us in 2024 and convinced us to partner up.
